How often do you restock?

We aim to restock every week, but restock dates vary depending on product availability.

 

Can I sharpen the lip liner pencil that comes with Matte Liquid Lipstick lip kits?

Yes! The Lip Liner sharpens easily in most standard sized sharpeners – just make sure your sharpener is not dull!

 

How many items can I buy in one purchase? 

There are no limits in quantity for ordering.

 

I placed an order. When will my package arrive?

All packages ship via Baltic Post with tracking number. The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. After that, delivery time within the Baltic region countries is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

What method is used for shipping?

All packages are shipped via Baltic Post.

I emailed your customer service team. When should I expect a response?

We aim to respond to all e-mails within 48 hours. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during and immediately after launches.

 

Do you offer returns?

No. All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 14 days of receipt of package.

 

I am an international customer. Do I have to pay customs and taxes? 

All packages are shipped via Baltic Post. Items shipped outside of the Baltic States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Kylie Cosmetics Baltics.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Baltic Post to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the Baltic States.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

 

Why do you no longer ship to Turkey?

Unfortunately, Turkey has placed a ban on the import of all cosmetic products, so we are now unable to ship our products to Turkey.

 

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 48 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 48 hours, please contact us at [email protected] with your inquiry.

 

Do I need to set up an account to place an order? 

No, but by setting up an account, you become a Kylie Cosmetics Baltics VIP member and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.

 

Do you ever do giveaways?

Yes, we run official giveaways on KylieCosmetics.lt, on Kylie Cosmetics Baltics Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/Kyliecosmeticsbaltics) and on Kylie Cosmetics Baltics Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/kyliecosmeticsbaltics/)

 

Can I change my order once I’ve placed it?

No, once you place an order it is final.

 

I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?

To reset your password, go to https://kyliecosmetics.lt/my-account/ and click on “Lost your password?” below the Login button. You will then be prompted to enter your E-mail address you used to create your account. Once you submit, you will receive an E-mail notification with a link to reset your password. Once you’ve done this, you can log in with your new password as normal on this page: https://kyliecosmetics.lt/my-account/
